Invoicing should feel calm, clear, and ready to send.
InvoiceCraftly is a browser-first invoice generator for freelancers, contractors, and lean teams. The same editor also creates quotes, estimates, receipts, and credit notes—without an account or bookkeeping suite.
Your identity up front. A faster way to pay.
Add your own logo and give clients a scan-to-pay QR code without leaving the invoice editor or using a separate QR tool.

Why it exists
Most invoicing tools are built for accountants or large teams. InvoiceCraftly strips that complexity back to the essentials so you can create, review, and export a professional invoice—or a related billing format—quickly.
A note from the founder
I've spent the last 15 years building SaaS products, and I started InvoiceCraftly because I kept seeing the same problem: a five-minute task—sending an invoice—buried under software built for a much bigger job. This is a smaller, more deliberate tool, built by someone who's still genuinely into the craft of making software that gets out of your way.
Founder InvoiceCraftly
Made for real work
- Freelancers billing a handful of clients each month
- Contractors who need clear labor and materials breakdowns
- Small businesses that want more consistency without extra admin
What you get
- No sign-up required
- Invoices plus quotes, estimates, receipts, and credit notes
- Built-in payment QR codes—no separate generator needed
- Your own logo and brand accent on every template
- Offline-friendly draft storage in your browser
- Backup and restore support for moving between devices
Built to stay simple
The experience is intentionally lightweight. Start with a sample invoice, add your own logo and payment QR code, or switch its type to Quote, Estimate, Receipt, or Credit Note, then export a clean PDF in the same session. The goal is not to replace an accounting system—it is to make everyday invoicing easier.
InvoiceCraftly is an independent product and isn't affiliated with InvoiceCraft, InvoiceCrafty, or similarly named tools.
