I have spent more than 15 years building SaaS products and helping organisations understand, improve, and automate their business processes.
Earlier in my career, I worked at Nintex, a business-process automation and low-code/no-code software company. That experience strengthened my focus on understanding how people and businesses actually work, identifying unnecessary friction, and using technology to make everyday processes simpler.
I started InvoiceCraftly because I kept seeing the same problem: a five-minute task—sending an invoice—buried under software built for a much bigger job.
