- e-conomic CSV export. From a Denmark-market invoice, choose Export for e-conomic, add the destination account and VAT codes required by your e-conomic agreement, and download a CSV for manual customer-invoice import.

- Clearer export checks. InvoiceCraftly points out the e-conomic values that still need attention before the CSV is ready to download.
Good to know
- This is a file export, not a direct connection. You still import and review the CSV in e-conomic; InvoiceCraftly does not automatically send, sync, or post it.
- The export currently applies to Danish invoices. Use a Denmark-market document when preparing an e-conomic CSV.
Open the Danish experience, create or open an invoice, and choose Export for e-conomic when you are ready.

- Danish FIK 71 payment-reference tool. Generate or validate a FIK 71 payment reference before copying it into a Danish payment workflow.
- Peppol recipient checks for Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. Review public Peppol information to help determine whether a recipient can receive the relevant e-invoice document type.

- E-invoice XML review in one place. The e-invoice XML viewer now includes readiness checks that can flag common issues while you review a supported structured invoice file.
- Clearer Danish Peppol results and navigation. Recipient-check results show more useful next actions, and Danish pages use more consistent navigation to related invoice tools and guidance.
- More direct product language. Public pages focus more clearly on the task you can complete, while detailed privacy and security explanations stay in the relevant reference pages.

- Recipient checks do not send e-invoices. They help with preparation; delivery still happens through your chosen e-invoicing service or network.

- Google Drive in Personal Cloud beta. Eligible signed-in users can connect Google Drive as an optional backup location alongside Dropbox.
- Clearer backup history. See which backups are available in the connected Google Drive or Dropbox account.

- Clearer storage choice. Dropbox and Google Drive now show more useful connected, retry, reconnect, and backup states.
- Backup remains under your control. Connecting a storage account does not automatically save every edit; you choose when to back up and restore.
Good to know
- Personal Cloud is still in beta. Availability may be limited, and Google Drive or Dropbox must be connected separately from your InvoiceCraftly sign-in.
- Backups stay in your connected storage account. Personal Cloud is for backup and restore, not automatic document syncing.

- EN 16931 / UBL XML export beta. Export an invoice as UBL XML for supported EN 16931 workflows when the required invoice details are complete.
- Extra e-invoice details when needed. Add seller and customer country, seller VAT identifier, VAT category, and unit code for invoices that need structured XML export.
Improved
- Clearer export checks. If the XML file is not ready, InvoiceCraftly now points out the invoice details that still need attention.
- Better address export. Longer seller and customer addresses are exported more reliably in UBL XML files.
Good to know
- Peppol sending is not included yet. This beta creates the UBL XML file for download; it does not send the invoice through the Peppol network.
- Review e-invoice details before export. Check country, VAT category, unit code, identifiers, tax treatment, and other business information before using the file.
Open the invoice editor and choose EN 16931 / UBL XML from the export options when you need a structured invoice file.
New
- Describe work and create an invoice. Write or paste the work, customer, prices, dates, and payment terms you know, review the extracted details, then create a normal editable InvoiceCraftly invoice.
- Text-based PDF import. Select a PDF that contains readable text, review the extracted invoice details, and create an editable draft.
- Account export and deletion. Signed-in users can download their basic InvoiceCraftly account information and delete their InvoiceCraftly account from the Account page.
- New Danish invoice guidance. Danish pages now cover invoice templates, common invoice requirements, offers, credit notes, and invoice numbering, with direct links to the Danish editor and related tools.

- Easier review. Review issues are clickable and take you to the field that needs attention; missing pricing choices and seller conflicts now have a direct way to resolve them.
- Clearer Smart Start journey. Describe, Review, and Edit & export now read as one connected task from source text to editable invoice.
- Cleaner signed-in editor header. Account, market, document, and export controls are organized more clearly across desktop and mobile.
Good to know
- Scanned and image-only PDFs are not supported in this release. PDF import requires readable text in the file; screenshots, photos, and scanned PDFs are not included yet.
- Review AI-extracted details. Confirm identities, quantities, prices, tax treatment, totals, dates, and payment instructions before creating the draft.
- Account deletion does not remove separate copies. Documents saved on your device or in your connected storage remain separate from the InvoiceCraftly account.

- Sweden company lookup. Enter a Swedish organisationsnummer, review public company details from Bolagsverket, then start a Swedish invoice with the selected customer details filled in.
- Four company-lookup markets. Company Lookup now covers Norway, Finland, Denmark, and Sweden with country-specific sources and terminology.
- VIES VAT number checker. Check a supported EU or Northern Ireland VAT number against the European Commission VIES service and see whether the result is valid, invalid, or temporarily unavailable.

- Less retyping after company lookup. Reviewed company results can fill customer name and address details before you continue to the invoice.

- Company lookup and VIES checks answer specific public-record questions. Review the customer, VAT treatment, and invoice details that apply to your transaction before sending.

- VAT, project-price, and IBAN tools. Add or extract VAT using a rate you provide, calculate selling price and margin for project work, and check IBAN format and checksum before using payment details.
- Nordic payment-reference tools. Norway now has a KID validator/generator, Finland has a domestic reference-number validator/generator, and Sweden has an OCR reference validator with selectable control mode.
- E-invoice XML viewer. Open supported Peppol/EHF-compatible UBL, OIOUBL, and Finvoice XML files and review the invoice details they contain.
- Norway EHF tools. Check EHF 2027 readiness and review whether public Peppol information indicates that a recipient can receive the relevant document type.

- Better local tool discovery. Country tool pages now surface utilities that match local payment and e-invoicing tasks.

- XML viewing is not full compliance validation. Review the file against the rules that apply to your e-invoice workflow.

- Separate address fields. Street or premises lines are now separate from postal code, city, region, and country, making seller and customer addresses easier to enter and review.
- Better company-lookup autofill. Public company results can fill postal code, city, and country into the matching customer fields while keeping everything editable.
- Clearer address review. City and country information no longer needs to be interpreted from one free-form address block.
Good to know
- Review imported address details. Confirm the billing address and country information before sending the document.
Open the invoice editor to use the separate address fields.

- Denmark CVR lookup. Enter an 8-digit CVR number, review public company identity and address data from Det Centrale Virksomhedsregister through Datafordeleren, then start a Danish invoice with the selected customer details filled in.
- Three company-lookup markets. Company Lookup now covers Norway, Finland, and Denmark with country-specific sources and terminology.
Good to know
- CVR number search only. Enter the company's CVR number; company-name search was not included in this release.
- Advertising protection is shown when available. CVR's Reklamebeskyttelse marker is not copied into the invoice, and the lookup is not intended for unsolicited marketing.

- Norway experience. InvoiceCraftly now supports Norwegian Bokmål with NOK defaults, Norway-specific business and VAT fields, invoice-number continuity safeguards, and local invoicing guidance.
- Invoice Capture for Microsoft Edge. Version 1.0.1 is available from Microsoft Edge Add-ons. Select work details on a page, review the text you chose, then open it in InvoiceCraftly as an invoice, quote, or estimate.
- Market switcher. Move more clearly between the international, Denmark, and Norway experiences from local pages and editors.

- Document language now carries through. Changing the document language updates invoice labels in the preview and supported visual exports.
- More natural Danish and Norwegian editing. Local editor labels, business fields, and mobile presentation now feel more consistent with each market.
- Simpler site footer. The footer now uses a shorter product, resources, and company structure.

- Chrome was not yet released on this date. Invoice Capture was available from Microsoft Edge Add-ons; the Chrome Web Store version had not been published yet.

- Updated Danish homepage. The Danish homepage now reflects the current InvoiceCraftly experience, navigation, and answers to common questions.
- Selected text opens ready for review. Invoice Capture can fill the InvoiceCraftly editor with the work details you selected instead of asking you to type them again.
- Better editing beside the extension. The editor remains usable at the narrower width created when the browser extension panel is open.

- You choose what Invoice Capture uses. It works from text you explicitly select on the page.

- CSV restores line items, not a full editable document. Use a workspace backup when you need to restore the complete document and settings.
- Changing currency does not convert amounts. InvoiceCraftly changes the currency and formatting but does not apply exchange rates.
