What can I create besides invoices?

Quotes, estimates, receipts, and credit notes. Choose a format from the Document Type field and the heading updates everywhere, including exports.

Is InvoiceCraftly really free?

Yes. There is no usage limit, no paid tier, and no account required to use the invoice editor. Free exports include a small linked InvoiceCraftly credit in the footer.

Is my invoice or client data stored anywhere?

Your document content is stored in your browser and is not uploaded to an InvoiceCraftly document backend. The site host and external resource providers still receive ordinary web request information. See the full privacy policy.

What file formats can I export?

PDF, PNG, and SVG are available directly from your browser without signing in.

Can clients scan my invoice to pay?

Yes. Add your payment link or EPC/SEPA bank details and InvoiceCraftly generates the QR code directly in the invoice preview and PDF, PNG, or SVG export. Verify all payment details and test banking-app compatibility before sending.

Can I use my own business logo?

Yes. Upload your logo, choose an accent color, and both are applied to the selected invoice template and exported file.

Does it support different currencies?

Yes. Amounts are formatted correctly for the selected currency and locale automatically.

Does InvoiceCraftly guarantee tax or e-invoicing compliance?

No. InvoiceCraftly helps you create and calculate documents, but it does not determine tax treatment, validate tax IDs or rates, or submit structured e-invoices. The issuer must verify local invoicing, tax, record-retention, and e-invoicing requirements. Read the full responsibility notice.
