How to add your logo to an invoice
- Open the invoice editor and enter the seller, customer, dates, line items, totals, and payment details that apply to the document.
- In the design and branding controls, upload the business logo you want displayed on the document.
- Choose an accent colour and compare the available layouts in the live preview.
- Review the final placement, readability, totals, payment instructions, and page breaks before export.
- Export the finished document as PDF, PNG, or SVG and open the exported file once more before sending it.

Use a logo that stays readable on the final document
A logo that looks sharp on a website can still become difficult to read when it is very wide, contains tiny text, or relies on subtle detail. Check it in the invoice preview and again in the final export. The logo should identify your business without overpowering the invoice number, amount due, customer details, or payment instructions.
The accent colour is a presentation choice. It does not change tax calculations, payment details, invoice numbering, or any legal requirement that applies to the document.
Your working document and uploaded logo stay in the browser
InvoiceCraftly keeps working document content in the current browser rather than an InvoiceCraftly document database. Workspace backups can include referenced uploaded logos so supported local documents can be restored later. Clearing browser data can still remove local drafts, so keep exported files and workspace backups where you manage them.

Branding does not turn InvoiceCraftly into an accounting or delivery platform
InvoiceCraftly creates the document. It does not host a customer portal, deliver the invoice for you, verify trademark rights to an uploaded logo, synchronize accounting data, collect payment, or determine whether the invoice satisfies a specific tax or legal rule.
